Status page: improved check to validate scheduling service

Push notifications are now shared across your device, so instead of having to create a channel per device there is a general channel to send you push notifications to the devices you selected

Deploy artefacts are now stored in a global storage, this means that when a worker is spinned up they fetch the required deploy before waiting for flow run requests.
