Feed Management

Feed Management generates product feeds that meet the specifications of your chosen export channel — for example Channable, Google Shopping, or a custom XML or JSON feed — from the products in a catalog.

Like every product app, Feed Management works on a selected catalog. Pick the catalog whose products you want to export from the selector at the top of the app.

The feeds list

The All Feeds page lists every feed configured for the catalog, with:

  • Name — the feed's label.
  • Source — the catalog and products the feed is built from.
  • Destination — the channel or format the feed is exported to.
  • Last run — when the feed was last generated.
  • Status — whether the feed is up to date, running, or failed.

Each feed has a row actions menu with View details, Edit feed, and Generate feed.

Create a feed

Select Add feed to configure a new one. A feed connects a source (your catalog's products) to a destination (the export channel or format):

  1. Name the feed.
  2. Choose the destination — the channel (such as Channable or Google Shopping) or the raw format (XML or JSON) you need.
  3. Map your fields to the destination's specification, so each required channel field is filled from the right product attribute.
  4. Optionally set a schedule so the feed regenerates automatically.

Generate a feed

Use Generate feed to produce the feed on demand, or let a schedule generate it for you. Each run updates the feed's Last run and Status, and the resulting feed is made available at its export location for the channel to pick up.
